Were using Hummingbird DOCS Open Version 3.9.6, a two-tiered technology that needed to be upgraded.

drag-and-drop integration with Outlook, and Matter Centric workspaces.

NetDocuments was selected following an extensive due diligence process because it met the firms'
objectives by offering:

NetDocuments' excellent support structure and open API model worked extremely well with our third-party
vendors, e.g., Payne Consulting, our macro package Word Add-in product, and Control Systems' LaserTrak,
our network print tracking software.

compared to the three-tiered technology from Hummingbird including server cost, software, consulting,
training and annual maintenance, even without taking into account the built-in disaster recovery
