Our technical support goal is to provide users with the best experience possible when using the NetDocuments service. To have your questions answered as quickly as possible, please use the steps below. We want to help you make the service a benefit that becomes an integral part of your operations.

Step 1 - Start by searching the Help documentation.

After logging into the NetDocuments Service, click the Help link at the top right.  By selecting a menu item on the left, you can locate answers to your questions by topic. This resource is available anytime you are using NetDocuments.

Step 2 - If you still have questions, submit a Support Request.

Your feedback is also always welcome.


Once you have searched the Help, if you still have questions, submit an email Support Request anytime - 24X7. It will be answered as quickly as possible. During business hours - generally within 15 minutes. After business hours we respond as quickly as possible, but your request may be answered the first of the next business day. Contact your Administrator for any other specific support options you may have. Pricing for support programs are subject to change at any time without notice.
