"NetDocuments allows us to share documents. The guys we regularly work with are actually from a
different venture capital firm that has their own separate computer system. When we make investments
we have to collect tons of legal documents, and we are required to gather information such as transactional
documents. NetDocuments allows us to put this information up in a common repository and share it with
our auditors at the end of the year. As we are on an SBIC fund we go through a couple audits a year from
the government. NetDocuments allows them to get secured access as well. Otherwise it is very time
consuming because we have no administrative staff whatsoever. It is very very time consuming to have
to photocopy this information for the auditors, so now I just give them rights and say, "here's
the stuff you need, to look at it." Last year our regular financial auditors didn't even come
to our office. They did everything from the comforts of their own office."

"We also use NetDocuments for ongoing monitoring with our customers. We have about 15 to 20
investments in companies and every quarter we need certain information from them. I have a separate
NetDocs cabinet set up for these companies to go in every quarter and fill in their information. So
instead of us emailing things we are simply updating documents securely online."
