About NetDocuments

Founded in 1999, and with offices in the US and UK, NetDocuments is the leader in cloud-based document and email management. With hundreds of thousands of users across 140 countries, organizations enjoy the power and simplicity of built-in disaster recovery, matter centricity, enterprise search, mobility, records management, collaboration, and compliance for documents and email.

NetDocuments was founded by Ken Duncan, Lee Duncan, and Alvin Tedjamulia in 1999 after selling their previous company, SoftSolutions. SoftSolutions was a leader in traditional server installed document management software. After capturing over 50% of the worldwide document management market, SoftSolutions was purchased by Wordperfect prior to the Wordperfect acquisition by Novell in the early 1990's. Having sold their company and after briefly working for Novell, the original three founders created NetDocuments with the vision that cloud computing would be the superior model for delivering document management software to the enterprise. Through over a decade of growth, NetDocuments is currently used by thousands of businesses across the globe, accessing NetDocuments' US and UK datacenters that manage over 1 billion documents and emails.
