Import multiple documents at once! - (3 min) Among the various ways multiple documents can be imported into NetDocuments, how many times ... would be great to import more than just one document at a time when using the Add Document > Import Existing option. It's your lucky day! Give it a try now.

Welcome Email in NetBinders (1 min) You create a NetBinder to share with others who don't have access to your cabinet. You add the documents and now you're ready to add the external people. When registering a secured username and password for them to access your NetBinder, you can now type your own personal message, "Hey Wendy, I have some docs to share with you. It's secure. Below is your new username and initial password to get in. Let me know what you think. Your pal, Charlie. PS: good luck in upcoming tennis match!"

Moving check-in process to the background (2 mins) There is no other Web application that offers single click processing for checking in and out when editing your documents. We've simply improved it further so you can be more productive.

Check out icon has changed color to GREEN if the document was checked out by you. Still black if documents were checked out by others.

Header-only Workspace Sections Allow folders and categories to be set to not show any detail in Workspaces. Basically you are collapsing the list of documents. To display all items in the folder or category, simply click on the header to open the folder or category. A good idea if you have a long list of documents or emails and don't need to access them frequently.

A team of LexisNexis practice management consultants utilized NetDocuments web services to develop Connectors to NetDocuments for law firms that use Juris® or Tabs3™ legal billing and financial software applications. They can now automate the updating and synchronization of client and matter information to NetDocuments, and then save and categorize documents in their NetDocuments repository to a specific, pre-defined client and matter. SaaS Delivers Measurable Results - Survey by Cutter Consortium
The growth is being fueled by shifting customer preference for an on-demand service and a solid track record of success among existing SaaS customers. "Unlike overhyped technology fads of the past, which were primarily pushed by vendors, today's SaaS market is evolving out of genuine user needs and real "game changing" technological innovations," wrote Jeffrey M.
