You have probably noticed the new NetDocuments viewer during the past weeks. This document viewer was chosen due to its ability to preview documents in high-fidelity and its comprehensive offering. It not only supports over 200 file formats, but allows NetDocuments to provide in the future capabilities such as content protection, text to PDF conversion, and annotation features. The ability to enjoy such rich functionality without installing desktop software will significantly simplify and enrich the computing experience for our NetDocuments users. Using an iPhone? Did you know you can have an icon to access your NetDocuments account? On your iPhone, do the following:

1. Open Safari browser, type in the following URL to go to the NetDocuments login page: https://vault.netvoyage.com
2. Press the + sign at the bottom of the browser page.
3. Select Add to Home Screen

After logging in to NetDocuments, you can double tap to zoom in quickly. It will zoom in and center it wherever you double tap.

Go to any Word, Excel or Powerpoint document, right-click and select Open With > Online Editor. You will be directed to online editors by Zoho to view and edit your document without requiring desktop apps. When creating a new document, notice the online editor option as well. SSL security is supported and you simply check in your changes back to NetDocuments.

Simultaneous Group Editing: Stay tune when the R1–2010 release offers the ability to edit, with a group of people, the same document at exactly the same time — online!
