Goodbye 2009
and WELCOME 2010!
|
|
NetDocuments had a record year in 2009
for revenue growth, document repository
growth (number of documents in our
repositories), technology advances,
uptime and service availability,
customer growth and growth in every
other key, SaaS company success metric.
We thank our customers and commit to you
an even better 2010.
In 2010 NetDocuments plans to:
|
-
Enhance the software that powers our
SaaS offering - We plan to enhance our
User-Interface (UI), enhance our search
engine (phrase searching), and many more
new features and functionalities.
-
Refresh the systems that power our
software that powers our NetDocuments
Service - We are continually upgrading
and investing in the hardware and
software that operate our SaaS service.
-
Grow our support, sales, engineering and
QA staffs - We have always tried to be a
careful, cautious and conservatively
managed company. We hire staff when we
find talent to fit a need and we have
been very fortunate in 2009 to attract
excellent people. We expect to do the
same in 2010.
-
Exploit cloud computing
for efficiency and cost savings - The
demand for cloud computing in 2009
doubled and is projected to double in
the next four years.
-
Extend our lead as
the world’s premier DMS SaaS company -
We are the largest, fastest growing, and
most progressive SaaS-based "DMS"
company in the world. With the increased
complexity of government regulations and
a globalization of world-wide economies,
the demand for document management and
collaboration have never been higher.
|
We appreciate the continued support of our customers worldwide.
Some SaaS vendors talk about the "stickiness" of their service. NetDocuments' users
are "bonded" to our company and our services, given the strategic nature of the
service we provide.
Document management and collaboration are more likely to be mission critical among
our customers. It is for this reason that we have established our 2010 plans noted
above. In 2010, consider getting your organization in full compliance with government
regulations and organize your documents and work product to be competitive globally.
We are prepared to support you with all the virtues of the SaaS model, including
features, functionality and support like you will get with no other vendor.
Wishing us all a successful 2010.
