Basic Service
Internet Browser: NetDocuments supports Internet
Explorer 6.0 or higher. We recommend the latest Internet Explorer version
Download
Here. NetDocuments works with the standard browser settings. We require
that the following are enabled; "Signed ActiveX controls", "Run ActiveX controls
and plug-ins", and "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting".
Firefox and other browsers are supported only via the Mobile (ND2) Interface
which NetDocuments will navigate you to when required.
Client Operating System: Wiindows XP, Windows
Vista SP1+, and Windows 7 are supported using an ActiveX control. The Apple Mac, Unix, and
Linux are supported with the alternate NetDocuments ND2 Interface. If you have
one of these devices, you will be automatically logged into the ND2 interface.
You can also use a smartphone with NetDocuments using that same ND2 interface.
See Using a smartphone in Help for more information on devices such as iPhones,
Blackberrys, Treos, Window Mobile devices, etc. with NetDocuments.
Hardware/Software: For each User, the minimum Client

Workstation requirements for the Email Management Service:
If you are using the Email Management Service (EMS), then you need the following.
Email Management works best with more PC memory and a faster processor. We suggest
a minimum of 1 GB memory and a current machine.
1. Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or higher
2. Outlook 2003-SP3 or higher
3. Windows XP or Windows Vista
4. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, SP1
If you need .NET Framework 2.0, you can
download it here. Check to see if you already have the .NET Framework 2.0
installed by clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel,
and then double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon. When that window appears,
scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework
2.0 listed, the latest version is already installed and you do not need to install
it again.
