NetDocuments has created a new Twitter account to provide our users with real-time updates of the NetDocuments Service Status. The new account is located at http://twitter.com/NDServiceStatus. The account is a private account, so when you arrive at the account, you will need to click request to follow in order to receive updates. Once we accept your request, you will be able to more easily monitor our service status. We have also provided instructions below on how to receive SMS alerts on your mobile device, as well as instructions on how to create a Twitter account.

Receive RSS alerts

Mobile Alerts Receive real time service status updates via text message on your mobile device.

1. On your Twitter home screen, go to Settings – Devices
2. Follow the steps given to activate your mobile phone and turn device updates on
3. Go to www.twitter.com/NDServiceStatus
4. Click on the mobile phone icon that should be below the NDServiceStatus logo.
5. Mobile alerts should now be turned on.

Sign up instructions for new users:

1. Go to www.twitter.com and click "sign up now"
2. Next, all you need to do is give your name, email address, and choose a screen name and password.
3. Once you have an account, go to www.twitter.com/NDServiceStatus
4. Click "Request to Follow"
5. We will accept your request and you will receive Service Status updates.

You will now receive updates on the NetDocuments Service Status in your Twitter feed. If you'd like to receive mobile alerts, follow the steps given above under mobile alerts.
