These conversations sparked my own, personal contemplation about why I choose NetDocuments and today I wanted to share some of those key reasons.

A CIO said to me yesterday, “You aren’t Facebook. My users need you.” His comment resonated so strongly for me.

Let me give you an example.
Some days I walk into our Operations Center just to observe. As I watch, I marvel at our ability to understand every single transaction and the way we visualize each interaction on our platform. In seconds, we can go from a macro view to a single, pinpointed transaction in order to understand a problem or dive into a trend.
A few days ago, I noticed two of our senior cloud operations engineers studying a problem, picking it apart piece by piece.
After being up all night implementing changes, they weren’t ready to leave before they were positive everything was operating as it should. Soon, a couple of our developers joined them—armed with some graphs—to get to the bottom of what was causing a certain trend.
Working well into the night, these four rallied together to ensure our customers would get the ‘Always On’ experience they deserve. Why would they work such long hours? Because just as that CIO said, they understand that your teams need NetDocuments to always be there for them — whether it’s the 100K users we’re servicing during the day, or the 10 trying to hit a deadline at 2AM on a Saturday.

Is our service perfect? Absolutely not. But we are aiming for perfection and we have the grit and tenacity to get there.
