Transparency + Trust = Success
Well over a year ago, NetDocuments launched its service status trust site for all to see and monitor online. The service status pages present real-time service health and performance. Each global region has a dedicated page to allow customers to focus on regions relevant to their business. Gone are the days when downtime was something software companies kept secret. Surprisingly, based on an initial survey of 65 cloud services platform prevalent in the legal market, only 39%, including NetDocuments, publish their service status details. NetDocuments is the only cloud-based DMS providing this level of transparency.
