Snow, Christensen & Martineau Switches to NetDocuments Native Cloud-Based Document and Email Management Service
Leading Utah-based firm has selected NetDocuments to replace their on-premises system DMS to achieve greater user adoption, mobility, and enhanced security and compliance.
NetDocuments, a leading cloud-based document and email management service for law firms, announced today that Snow, Christensen & Martineau, a full-service Utah-based firm with offices in Salt Lake City and St. George, will join the majority of large Salt Lake City-based firms and implement NetDocuments' document and email management (DMS) platform for improved usability, security, and productivity across their firm and client base.
"We've always viewed technology as a strategic initiative and key component of providing superior service to our clients," Derek Crockett, IT Manager at Snow, Christensen & Martineau stated. "We believe NetDocuments will bring the innovation our people and clients require, such as built-in mobility, ease of use, and secure and simple client collaboration. Client service and operational efficiency are key to our business, and NetDocuments' modern platform is precisely the solution that will meet our clients' needs and move our firm's technology forward."
Snow, Christensen & Martineau joins a global community of over 2,000 law firms, financial institutions, and corporations worldwide using the NetDocuments cloud-based service. By switching to NetDocuments, the firm will eliminate a lot of the complexity and limitations that come with an on-premises and hosted on-premises DMS. The firm is now able to focus on more strategic IT initiatives while relying on an evolving platform with periodic updates and built-in mobility, enterprise search, disaster recovery, and world-class security and compliance.
NetDocuments recently announced its 16.1 release, the 125th update in the company's history. "A true Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology and software delivery model means all of our customer firms are using the same 'single global instance' of the software," Leonard Johnson, VP of Product Development said. "This means when NetDocuments improves the software or achieves greater security and compliance measures, the entire global customer-base benefits; a completely different approach to software development compared to on-premises or hosted on-premises systems. We are thrilled to welcome Snow, Christensen & Martineau into our customer community and excited to see the firm benefit from our customer-driven approach to delivering a superior document and email management service."
