NetDocuments Honored in Utah’s 2021 Top Workplaces

In case you haven’t heard, we’re kind of awesome. 😊 NetDocuments was recently recognized as one of Utah’s 2021 Top Workplaces!

Over 33,000 employees across the state were surveyed in The Salt Lake Tribune’s eighth year ranking employers. A record 75% of NetDocuments employees provided feedback, where response rates typically range from 30-40%. Areas of focus covered in the survey included:

  • Alignment: Where the company is headed, its values, cooperation, and meeting effectiveness
  • Coaching: Managers care about concerns, are helpful, and encourage employee development
  • Connection: Employees feel appreciated, informed, work is meaningful, and reaching full potential
  • Engagement: Productivity, retention, and recruiting
  • Leadership: Confidence in company leaders
  • Performance: Execution, open-mindedness, and innovation
  • The Basics: Pay, benefits, work/life flexibility, training, and expectations

As Top Workplaces puts it on their website: “Creating a Top Workplace is about more than offering great benefits and vacation time. It’s about organizational health. Employees want to align with the company’s vision, be challenged by a high-performance culture, and feel that they are valued and that their voices are heard.”
