NetDocuments Recognized as KMWorld 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management

For the second year in a row, NetDocuments is a proud member of the KMWorld 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management.

According to Tom Hogan, KMWorld’s Group Publisher, KMWorld (KMW) created the annual list of “100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management" in order to showcase organizations that are advancing their products and capabilities to meet changing requirements. "Knowledge management software and service providers are embracing a fresh wave of technological innovation to address heightened expectations—among both customers and employees—for the right information to be delivered to the right people at the right time,” noted Hogan.

The 2020 KMWorld 100 list spans a wide variety of companies, each addressing the evolving demands of knowledge management. When selecting organizations for inclusion on the list, KMW considered insights gleaned from interactions with companies during interviews and events, and how companies have succeeded in helping customers solve business problems.

By leverage existing content through the platform’s powerful advanced search function, optical character recognition (OCR) technology, or AI-based email filing with ndMail, Knowledge Management is streamlining workflows, saving tremendous amounts of time and effort.
