Eric Pande is Chief of Staff to the CEO and General Manager of the eDOCS business at NetDocuments. In this dual role, Eric partners closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic alignment and execution across the company, while leading the eDOCS organization with a dedicated focus on customer experience, platform continuity, and long-term success. 

As General Manager of eDOCS, Eric is responsible for overall business performance, overseeing the product roadmap, customer and partner engagement, and global operations of the eDOCS business. Following NetDocuments’ agreement to acquire eDOCS, Eric led the integration workstreams and works closely with the eDOCS team and partner ecosystem to ensure continuity for customers, while supporting a customer-driven path to the NetDocuments intelligent platform for customers who choose to opt into migration over time.  

In his role as Chief of Staff, Eric supports the CEO by shaping quarterly priorities, preparing key decisions, and coordinating follow-through across the executive team. He is known for his ability to connect strategy with operations and enable teams to move with clarity and focus. 

Before NetDocuments, Eric worked at KPMG and later led teams at Forward and Pluralsight, focusing on operational strategy, program leadership, and cross-functional execution. He earned a Bachelor of Administration degree from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
