The Inspire Customer Awards recognize extraordinary NetDocuments customers for displaying excellence in their utilization of technology to create a better way to work and deliver improved experiences for clients, stakeholders, and constituents.

The AI Award recognizes a pioneer at the forefront of tech innovation that has harnessed the power and transformative potential of artificial intelligence to streamline and improve processes, deliver innovative services, and shape a brighter future.
This team or organization:
- Enhances legal services by effectively integrating generative AI technologies into their practice to improve quality and efficiency and deliver better results for their clients, customers, or constituent
- Contributes to legal innovation and sets new standards for legal practice, utilizing AI to streamline legal workflows and improve services
- Pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in law
Automation Award
The Automation Award highlights the innovative application of NetDocuments’ automation capabilities to improve processes, solve unique business challenges, or increase control and delivery of efficient products and services.
This team or organization:
- Successfully deploys NetDocuments automation technologies to streamline repetitive and time-consuming legal tasks, resulting in significant time savings for legal professionals
- Enhances the overall client/customer experience by reducing response times, providing greater transparency, and/or offering self-service options for routine matters

Acceleration Award
The Acceleration Award highlights the efficient and effective expansion of capabilities and/or exceptional increase in utilization of the NetDocuments platform.

Collaboration Award

- Pioneers novel and effective ways of leveraging NetDocuments collaboration technologies to enhance teamwork, communication, and information sharing across teams, departments, or with external parties

Corporate Excellence Award
The Corporate Excellence Award recognizes exceptional creativity and forward-thinking strategies that redefine traditional practices and drive impactful solutions in corporate legal operations.

LATAM Excellence Award
The LATAM Excellence Award honors a law firm in Latin America that is creating significant change through the effective and innovative use of the NetDocuments platform.
This team or organization:
- Demonstrates the outstanding use of NetDocuments’ capabilities to streamline legal processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency and accuracy in handling legal documents and case management

Public Sector Excellence Award
The Public Sector Excellence Award honors an agency that embraces forward-thinking strategies that redefine traditional government practices, drives impactful solutions in government legal operations, and is influential in helping to shape legal tech for the legal professional in the government.

- Works to bring NetDocuments to employees in their daily role to help accelerate their mission. Leveraging time saving capabilities and creating a seamless experience for NetDocuments users for overall agency efficiency

When are nominations open?
Nominations are open through Friday, September 6, 2025.
Who can nominate an organization for an Inspire Award?
Nominations may be made by anyone in the NetDocuments ecosystem, and we encourage customers to self-nominate.
Why should you nominate or apply?
Law firms of all sizes, corporate legal teams, government — all of our customers are doing amazing things with the NetDocuments platform. This is an extraordinary opportunity for them to be acknowledged for their inspiring work, intentional innovation, and strategic thinking in support of better solutions for lawyers, clients, customers, and constituents. Being recognized with an Inspire Award reinforces an organization’s reputation for delivering excellence and effectively leveraging industry-leading technology.
How do I submit a nomination?
Click the “Submit a Nomination” button and use the form to submit your nomination. Be sure to include as much detail as possible so we get a complete picture of the nominee’s story.
What happens after a nomination is submitted?
After nominations close, the NetDocuments team will review all submissions and potentially gather additional information from the nominator, key partners, or the nominee. Shortlist honorees and winners will be recognized at this year’s Inspire user conference.
