NetDocuments eDOCS™ Agreement Templates
On 12 January 2026, NetDocuments completed its acquisition of eDOCS from OpenText. Each NetDocuments eDOCS™ agreement is identified by an effective date and version number, generally found in the document footer.
Customers whose agreements have been assigned to NetDocuments as part of an acquisition should continue to rely on the version applicable to their original purchase or renewal date, unless and until replaced by a subsequent NetDocuments agreement.
For new NetDocuments eDOCS customers, and for renewals occurring on or after January 12, 2026, the applicable agreement is the most current version published below as of the effective date of the transaction.
