With a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years in legal technology and SaaS, Mark has deep expertise in enterprise sales, product strategy, operations, and customer success.
Mark’s background includes executive leadership roles at Oracle and other leading technology companies where he gained extensive experience guiding global Sales teams and scaling enterprise solutions for the legal and corporate markets. He is known for aligning cross-functional teams around a clear vision, ensuring operational alignment, and delivering exceptional customer value.
Mark initially joined NetDocuments as Senior Vice President of Sales, where he led the Enterprise Sales team focused on new business, expansion, and business development. His leadership was instrumental in growing market share globally, helping NetDocuments serve law firms, corporate legal departments, and enterprises of all sizes with secure, cloud-based document and email management solutions.
Mark later served in a dual-capacity role, overseeing both Enterprise Sales and all aspects of Customer Success — including Support, Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management. His strategic leadership has focused on creating world-class customer experiences by building high-performing teams, fostering a customer-first culture, and helping organizations realize greater value from their technology investments.
As Chief Customer Officer at NetDocuments, Mark Campbell leads the global Customer Success organization with a focus on helping customers achieve their business goals. He oversees customer engagement, service delivery, and innovation to deliver exceptional experiences, maximize the value of the NetDocuments platform, and drive long-term customer success.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) degree from San Diego State University. His passion for innovation and building results-driven teams continues to shape NetDocuments mission to help legal organizations organise, protect, and collaborate on their most important documents and work.
