No — The 500 limit applies to subfolders within a single parent folder, not to workspaces. There is no cap on top-level folders. Each of those subfolders can contain 500 more subfolders, creating effectively unlimited depth.
Yes. NetDocuments’ Word Add-in delivers playbook-driven AI suggested edits across Windows, Mac, and web — no device restrictions. iManage’s equivalent capability is client-bound and not delivered through a device-agnostic add-in, meaning lawyers on different devices or working remotely don’t get a consistent editing experience.
