NetDocuments, the leader in cloud based document and email management, announced the relocation of their global headquarters to the growing technology community at Thanksgiving Park, just south of Salt Lake City. Since its incorporation in 1998, NetDocuments has serviced their user base of over 100,000 users across 140 countries from Orem, UT. With the move to Thanksgiving Park, NetDocuments will be joining a technology hub that has seen a rapid increase in development in the past several years, attracting leading companies such Adobe, Microsoft, At Task, and SirsiDynix.

"As we enter our second decade as a successful Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, we need to leverage all assets and circumstances available to us," stated Ken Duncan, CEO and Co-founder. "Accommodating our rapidly growing workforce and customer base is among our highest goals, and the location, with such a high density of technology companies, will enhance our image among employees, the public and investment communities. The building and location is ideal for hosting current and prospective customers, as well as our channel and technology partners both in the US and abroad. NetDocuments will also now have direct access to Salt Lake County for recruiting and hiring as well as Utah County, due to its central location in the valley".

The move to Thanksgiving Park comes among a series of substantial changes in order to support NetDocuments expanding customer base. These changes include the opening of operations in London, including additional and redundant data centers in the United Kingdom, as well as the primary datacenter move to Scottsdale, Arizona. These became critical transitions with the steep increase in the number of companies turning to NetDocuments for online enterprise content management, delivered through a Software-as-a-Service subscription model.
NetDocuments will open its doors to a select group of clients, partners, and press at Thanksgiving Park on September 28 at 5:00PM Mountain Time.
